Great Feasts in the Ohrid Icon Painting from XV to XIX centuries
August 28-September 28, 1998 (In the the Robev House)
The exhibition was organized on occasion of one of the greatest Christian feasts, the Dormition of the Virgin, and 31 icons with presentations of the Great Feasts of the Orthodox church were displayed. The icons belong to the collection of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid and several churches in Ohrid.

October 8-30, 1999 (In the the Robev House)
From December 10. 1999 to January 10. 2000 the exihbition was presented in Strumica, and from January 20 to February 20. 2000 in Shtip. On occasion of the 180th aniversary of the birth of the greatest Macedonian icon painter from 19th century, Dimitrija-Dicho Krstev, an exhibition of 40 icons that the painter has painted for some churches and purchasers in Ohrid was organized. All these icons belong to the collection of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid and some churches in Ohrid.
The Presentations of Jesus Christ and Mother of God in the Ohrid Icon Painting
September 8-October 8, 2000 (In the lower hall of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid)
The great jubilee, 2000 Years of Christianity, was the motive for this exhibition on which 50 icons with presentations of Jesus Christ and the Virgin were displayed. The icons displayed on this exhibition belong to the collection of the Gallery and several churches in Ohrid.
From the Treasuries of Ohrid
August 2-October 2, 2001 (In the lower hall of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid)
The celebration of the 50th aniversary of the renewal of the Museum in Ohrid was the motive for this exhibition on which, besides 20 icons, church embroideries and various liturgical items such as crosses, censers, reliquiaries, book covers etc. were displayed. All the items displayed on this exhibition belong to the collection of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid and several churches in Ohrid.
The Slavic Apostles SS. Cyril and Methodius
November 7-December 7, 2004 (In the lower hall of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid)
In honor to the great deed of the holy Cyril and Methodius, the Institute and Museum-Ohrid, in cooperation with City Museum from Skopje has organized this exhibition of documents, photographs and icons related to these Slavic educators, as well as various liturgical items. The items displayed on this exhibition belong to the collections of several institutions and churches in the Republic of Macedonia.
Graphic Leaves XVIII-XIX Centuries From the Collection of Museum Prilep
May 19-June 7, 2007 (In the lower hall of the Icon Gallery-Ohrid)
During the conservation of the roofing constructions of the churches of St. Demetrius in Varosh and Holy Annunciation in Prilep, some two hundred graphic leaves from XVIII and XIX centuries were discovered. Iin 2003, the laboratory of the National and University Library "St. Clement of Ohrid" in Skopje carried out the conservation of these paper icons after which they were displayed in New York, Prilep, Skopje, Bitola, Kochani and Ohrid.
